He responds fast to all of my questions and has giving me full attention when needed, not once did he rush or dismiss my questions and concerns. Luis makes it easy to trust him and his product. Instillation was flawless, Matt and Nelson were fantastic!! I was worried about them drilling a hole on my brand new granite countertops, but it looks like it was always there, perfectly done. I’m definitely a satisfied customer!

Well to start off I’m a very skeptical person, I had actually turned away a company that came to talk to me initially, due to the fact that, there was something that I couldn’t trust about their business or the way they handled them selves when they came into my house. Uver approached me one day when I was outside, not going to lie what went though my head was “damn man another sales guy.” But he was very respectful & friendly, he was very knowledgeable of the product and answer every question I had clearly and with detail. it made me feel comfortable with the decision that I made. When they came out everyone was very friendly and great costumer service everything was done so fast, I love this water system and up to date I have nothing bad to say about this product or the company.

 He didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything. In fact, I declined his product initially. I ended up calling him for service and he came out the next day to install a water softener. Trust me! Everyone needs one. I forgot to put salt in mine after it ran out and I immediately noticed the difference. My legs were always ashy after taking a shower, and my hair would get super matted to the point where they were like dreads. I am giving 4 stars because I was so determined to get the product, I didn’t make sure I fully understood the terms and what I was signing up for.

All in all, product is needed just read everything and make sure the payment structure works for you.

What a great way to represent your company. We moved into our new home in June, Luis came by in July and set me up with an amazing system that has yet to give me any issues. My daughter has eczema and this has been a tremendous help with that. I realized how lucky I got with Luis and this company when my mother moved in down the road and they got water treatment from a different company. It was not a pleasant experience for them, they ended up having the system returned due to leaks.
